National LICA participated in CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas, marking the seventh consecutive show where the association has maintained a presence at the largest construction trade show in North America.

Throughout the week, National LICA officers and staff manned the booth, meeting with contractors, industry partners, and potential new members. The booth served as a central point for conversations about the association’s programs, member benefits, and opportunities to get involved with LICA at the national and state levels.

One of the highlights at the National LICA booth was the equipment simulator brought by NJ LICA, which attracted steady interest from attendees walking the show floor. The simulator provided a hands-on demonstration that drew visitors to the booth and helped showcase the type of training and workforce development initiatives taking place within LICA state chapters.

National staff were also busy beyond the booth, spending time throughout the show meeting with industry partners and exploring the massive exhibit halls, logging what felt like “miles and miles” across the convention center.

During the event, National LICA CEO, Dennis Mikula; Executive Vice President, Allison Hack and Editor of The LICA Contractor, Caroline Krug, met with several key industry partners, including Caterpillar, Case, and John Deere, among others. These meetings focused on strengthening relationships and exploring new opportunities to support LICA contractors.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG continues to provide an important opportunity for National LICA to connect with industry leaders, highlight the work of its members, and promote the mission of land improvement contractors nationwide.
