Not even a pandemic can stop LICA from getting down to business. The National Executive Committee met this past Saturday, via zoom. It looked much different from last October when we welcomed everyone to the National Open House; but the sentiment and intention was the same.
All the officers signed onto zoom Saturday morning, from their offices, homes and even from their cars.The Region Vice Presidents reported on their State Chapters. Although the amount of activities has slowed there are still events happening across the country. New Jersey LICA is full-steam ahead with their apprenticeship program, Missouri LICA held a Summer Meeting and Trap Shoot, Michigan LICA had a Field Day and many other State Chapters had meetings via zoom or in-person.
The meeting lasted about two and a half hours and was very productive. The same enthusiasm and dedication for LICA was relayed, even through a computer screen.
