LICA Goes to Washington

On May 14, 15, and 16 the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) hosted a Celebration of Con- struction on the National Mall in Washington DC. Equip- ment manufacturers, contractors, utility companies, systems designers, and trade associations gathered to showcase the industries that build our transportation and utility infra- structure. It was a wonderful three-day exhibit designed to educate our legislators, policymakers and the public about the industry that keeps this great nation running. The indus- try that will continue to build and develop new equipment and construction methods, while addressing ever increasing sustainability concerns.
