First LICA Water Management Forum: A Dynamic Event

The inaugural LICA Water Management Forum took place at the historic St. Jo- seph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana, on June 13 and 14, 2024, bringing together water management professionals, contractors, farmers, gov- ernment officials, and educators for a two-day immersive experience.
Jerry Biuso, Sr., CEO of LICA, had long aspired to organize a comprehen- sive drainage conference. The perfect venue proved elusive until a meeting with St. Joseph’s College, recommend- ed by National LICA President Tony Cain, unveiled the picturesque campus as an ideal space for the LICA Water Management Forum.
