What is a Leader?
Sometimes, the fear of becoming a leader comes from think- ing that only certain kinds of people can lead. But that’s not true! Leadership isn’t limited to just one type of person or per- sonality; it takes on diverse forms, each contributing uniquely to our association’s growth and success. The Land Improve- ment Contractors of America (LICA) believe that the only pre- requisite for a great leader in this organization is a passion for conservation and land improvement.
