LICA joined other industry stakeholders in a briefing by USDA’s Farm Production and Conservation Under Secretary Bill Northey and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Acting Chief Kevin Norton on the Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP) final rule.
