National LICA is geared up to host a ground-breaking event that promises to reshape the landscape of water management. The inaugural LICA Water Management Forum is set to unfold at the historic St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana on June 13 and 14, 2024, bringing together a diverse array of water management professionals, contractors, farmers, government officials, and educators. A Five-Year Dream Realized The inception of the LICA Water Management Forum can be traced back to the visionary aspirations of Jerry Biuso, Sr., CEO of LICA, who has envisioned organizing a comprehensive drainage conference for more than five years. However, finding a central location proved to be a significant challenge until May, when a meeting with St. Joseph’s College, recommended by VP Tony Cain, unveiled the perfect venue. The picturesque campus emerged as an ideal space to host a multitude of events, and the first of these, the LICA Water Management Forum, is set to make history in June 2024.
