Bart Maxwell Jr. is a mechanic and a tinkerer at heart who loves to spend long hours in his shop de- signing, building and fixing things. He developed a knack for fixing stuff and a intuition for trouble- shooting heavy equipment issues while spending days after school helping out in the shop and loading trucks at his family’s gravel pit. Bart was born into a family of hardwork- ing entrepreneurs. So, diving in and getting the job done came naturally. Besides the gravel pit, his dad owned a farm drainage business and his uncle owned a drilling company.
